A. CV Joint durability and fatigue tester

1. Durability test to the extreme conditions of maximum torsion
   • When steering angle is maximized, the torsion is fixed.
   • Driving after approval of resistance at extreme conditions of the other side of driving part
   • Product durability is determined based on the test result.
2. Fatigue strength condition

• The maximum drawing size (on the basis of DM car)
  • load torque : 0 ~ 2300 N.m (0 ~ 235Kgf.m)
• Other test conditions
  • Joint angle : 0 to 45 °
  • Frequency : 4Hz (3 Hz for normal test)

B. CV Joint environmental durability tester

1. Durability test to the extreme conditions of external environment
   • Extreme condition between - 40 °c and +150 °c
   • Driving in the above condition more than 1 month
   • Product durability is determined based on the test result

     Heat deterioration : 100℃ * 168hr
